Dr. Doghramji Shares Tips for a Good Night's Rest in Be Well Philly Blog

Getting a good night's rest and feeling energized in the morning is difficult for many. In an interview with Philadelphia magazine's blog "Be Well Philly," Dr. Karl Doghramji, director of the Jefferson Sleep Disorders Center, shares some do's and don'ts for feeling well rested.

Some of the don'ts that Dr. Doghramji advise are alcohol, caffeine, exercise within 3 hours of bedtime, watching the clock and heavy meals or drinking within 3 hours of bedtime.

Some of his suggestions for do's include wearing sunglasses before bed to eliminate light, establishing a comfortable sleep environment and taking a warm bath before bed.
