It is essential that you are able to completely understand every part of your care and treatments. If you do not understand or cannot speak English, interpreter services can be provided.
Assistive devices for deaf and hard-of-hearing patients, including a telecommunications device for the deaf (TDD or TTY), are also available. For assistance, please call Patient Services at 215-955-7777. After 5 p.m. or on weekends, please call the hospital operator at 215-955-6000.
