Need Help with Insomnia?

These are all common symptoms of insomnia. While many of us experience a sleepless night on occasion, millions of Americans suffer from chronic insomnia.     I go to bed between 9:30 and 10:00 every night, I fall asleep, for about 2-3 hours and then toss and turn for the rest of the night, sometimes just staring at the ceiling. I try and force myself to sleep, this has been going on now for 6 months. Not sure why.
