By Public Transportation

Methodist Hospital is extremely accessible via Septa. It is located at the Southeast corner of Broad Street and Jackson. You may get to Methodist either by taking the Route C bus, which runs north and south on Broad Street, and getting off at Wolf Street. Another option is to take the Broad Street subway to the Snyder Avenue exit. Walk two blocks south to the Hospital.

By Car

Methodist Hospital is conveniently located minutes from Center City Philadelphia and South Jersey. It is also easily accessible from Southwest Philadelphia, I-76 and I-95. 

From Center City Philadelphia

  • Go south on Broad Street to Wolf Street.
  • Turn left onto Wolf Street to Methodist Hospital’s parking lot.

From New Jersey

  • Take the Walt Whitman Bridge to I-76 West. Take Exit 349 toward PA-611/Broad Street/Sports Complex.
  • Turn right onto Broad Street (PA-611 N), proceed north, cross Oregon Avenue and make a right onto Wolf Street to the hospital’s parking lot.

From Southwest Philadelphia

  • Take 70th Street to Passyunk Avenue.
  • Proceed over the Passyunk Avenue Bridge to the intersection joining Passyunk Avenue, continue on Passyunk to Wolf Street.
  • Turn right onto Wolf Street to the hospital’s parking lot.

From I-95 Going North (West Chester, Delaware and Destinations South)

  • Take I-95 to exit 17 (Broad Street).
  • Proceed north on Broad Street, cross Oregon Avenue and make a right onto Wolf Street to the hospital’s parking lot.

From I-76 East (Valley Forge, Harrisburg and Destinations West)

  • Take I-76 East to the Passyunk Avenue/Oregon Avenue exit. Keep left at the fork in the ramp.
  • Turn left onto West Passyunk Avenue.
  • Make a slight turn right onto Snyder Avenue.
  • Make another right turn onto Broad Street (heading north).
  • Turn right onto Wolf Street to the hospital’s parking lot.

From I-476 (Allentown and Destinations Northeast)

  • Take I-476 South to I-95 North.
  • Take exit 17 Broad Street (Route 611 North). Drive north on Broad Street
  • Turn right onto Wolf Street to the hospital’s parking lot.
