The Kimmel Cancer Center for Urologic Oncology uses a multidisciplinary approach to treating urologic cancer which includes three urologists, medical oncology specialists, radiation oncologists and radiology specialists. The specialists make extensive use of contemporary techniques for diagnosing and evaluating urologic malignancies. Physicians at the Kimmel Cancer Center for Urologic Oncology can evaluate patients in one visit and recommend or plan a treatment regimen. Referring physicians can receive second opinions or treatment plans for their patients. Patients seen at this center have access to national and Kimmel Cancer Center clinical trials through the center's physicians.
