JEFFERSON - MYRNA BRIND CENTER OF INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE

Clinical Programs

Our Practice

The clinical practice at the Center of Integrative Medicine is coordinated by a team of physicians led by the Director, Daniel A. Monti, MD. Each physician is experienced in working with complementary healing therapies.

The clinical programs at the Jefferson-Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine take personalized medicine to a new level. Our physician-led programs are guided by the science of medicine and they are experts in the art of incorporating complementary therapies into the healing approach. This combined or “integrative” way of practicing is what makes the Myrna Brind Center so unique – and effective.

Complementary therapies are a welcome addition to high-quality health care. The Center is a place where you can receive guidance and information, feel secure about the therapies we offer, and be confident in the training and experience of our practitioners.

Our physicians and therapists work closely to maintain a high standard of medical care while offering you a wide range of choices for healing. Our physicians order conventional diagnostic tests and prescribe conventional treatment whenever these are appropriate.

All Center physicians are board certified in their specialty and credentialed through Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. All other therapists have met the credentialing requirements in their respective fields. A quality-review program is coordinated through Jefferson’s Department of Performance Improvement. Because our clinical practice is part of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, it shared the same high quality standards, delivering the advanced medicine and superior care for which Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is recognized.
