Reaching Out: The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program is committed to making the benefits of mindfulness available to everyone in need. Public donations to our mindfulness fund allow us to offer spaces in our classes for free or at a reduced rate. Since the program’s early days, we have offered MBSR classes and sessions in the city’s homeless shelters. Our latest initiatives provide MBSR courses to elders in need in residential care.
