Overview of Mindfulness at Work

Growing Demands: Throughout the world of work, executives, professionals, and staff are under ever increasing pressure to clearly perceive and understand the constant flow of change and challenge, to respond creatively, and to transform themselves and their organizations. That’s why mindfulness practices are taking hold in business school, law school, and medical school curriculums across the country. And why, since 2004, Jefferson has worked continually to adapt its proven programs and create custom courses to bring mindfulness to corporations and organizations.

A Range of Audiences: We have tailored programs to meet the needs of a wide spectrum of professionals and organizations, including attorneys, federal judges, sales forces, technicians, priests, rabbis, hospital administrators, security forces, college professors, physicians, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, and more...

Custom Courses: Bring the benefits of mindfulness to your organization through custom programs — from 90-minute intro presentations to half- and full-day workshops, to longer courses over weeks or months, and from individual coaching to consulting for culture change. We’ll work with your needs and budget to craft the most efficient package. And we’ll be there to help support and expand your program.
