When can I go back to work after surgery?

Most of our patients return to work in 2 to 4 weeks after surgery.  If your job requires you to do heavy lifting, bending, or twisting, we require you to take off for 4 weeks.  If you do minimal manual labor at work, you may return whenever you feel ready.
