The Division of Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care provides improved care for elderly individuals and those of all ages facing serious illness, as well as comfort and communication for patients and families around end-of-life and advanced care planning and decision making.
Jefferson has long been a leader in geriatric medicine, and we have placed an increased emphasis on palliative care services with the establishment of the Palliative Care Service, offering palliative care consultation services to Jefferson patients.
