Let the fitness experts of the Myrna-Brind Center of Integrative Medicine partner with you for a healthy lifestyle. We offer a wide range of programs using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. Enjoy the confidence and support that only come with a fitness facility based in the country's leading Center of Integrative Medicine. Our brand-new fitness facility provides a variety of personal fitness training and group fitness programs led by Fitness Director Luke Shechtman, CSCS.

Personalized Fitness Training

  • 1-1 Training: The region's top fitness experts will work with you to achieve your fitness goals. Our professional staff has a wide range of specialty certifications to accommodate your individual needs, ranging from strength training, circuit training, core work, weight management, cardio plus and sport-specific training.
  • Group Training: This popular option is a fun and cost effective way to work out with experts to achieve your fitness goals. Classes are small (3 to 8 participants) which allows for personal attention and group camaraderie.

  • Kettle Bell Body Sculpting: Experience a full body workout that emphasizes the cardiovascular system and builds muscle. When you are working with Kettle Bells you are helping to stabilize your pelvic girdle and spine and improve your balance for everyday life. Appropriate for all ages and skill levels.
  • Weight Management: Let us help you lose those unwanted pounds in a comfortable and supportive setting. Burn calories and improve quality of life through exercise and dietary counseling.
  • Yoga (anusara): The word Anusara means to flow with grace. Classes will integrate universal principals of alignment with the philosophy of intrinsic good.
  • Yoga (vinyasa): By applying the universal principles of alignment, poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with breathing. Classes will include an engaging flow of postures, individual adjustments and modifications.
  • Pilates: Pilates is an exercise system that helps build strength while creating a sleek and toned body. It teaches good posture and emphasizes graceful movements and flexibility.
  • Tai Chi: A Chinese system of meditative, physical exercises designed for relaxation, balance and health.
  • Sports Massage: Our skilled, advanced certified therapists will put your body and mind at ease while improving blood flow and soothing tense muscles. 
Mindfulness Institute Programs
