How do you decide on a treatment plan for patients in the hormone replacement program?

Patients fill out a detailed questionnaire that helps us understand their medical history, their concerns and what they want to get out of the program. In addition, patients get a physical examination as well as a lab test. Then based on the patient’s medical history, physical exam and the lab test results it the appropriate treatments can be determined which could include bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and/or complementary therapies and lifestyle modifications are appropriate to create a comprehensive approach to their care that helps them achieve their goals.
