It is certainly possible that the symptoms you describe are partially caused by testosterone deficiency. The first step to determine if bio-identical hormone replacement therapy could help your husband would be for him to get blood tests. If those tests show a testosterone deficiency, then yes, HRT and other lifestyle modifications under a doctor’s direction could be a benefit.
