Does meditation yield better health results for people when they so it together, or when they do it alone?
People get health benefits from meditation whether they practice alone or in groups. However, many people report that they enjoy meditating in a group - even a group of two. In our classes, people sometimes report that they find it easier to meditate in a group, especially in the beginning.
