In the past I have tried yoga and meditation to help reduce my stress, but the time commitment was too much for me. Is this program something that will give me tools to reduce my stress without a huge time commitment?

There is an upfront time commitment of coming to an eight-week class and doing formal mindfulness practices at home. After the eight-week class some people don’t continue formal meditating practices at home, but the benefits are long-lasting. Moreover, the tools you learn can be implemented in the moment informally throughout your day-to-day life.
