My sister needs radiation therapy to treat her breast cancer. Will this have an impact on her ability to breast feed afterwards?

Your sister will still be able to breast feed, but she can only breast-feed from the breast that did not receive radiation therapy.  The breast that received radiation therapy may swell and may leak a little milk, but typically cannot be used for breast-feeding.
