Oxaliplatin is one of my FOLFOX chemo agents (Stage 3 Colon Cancer), and I would like to know if you pre/post infuse Ca/Mg to prevent or lessen neurotoxicity, which is my greatest challenge at this time. If affirmative, what are your findings?

There are data from clinical trials demonstrating a delay in the development of oxaliplatin induced neuropathy if infusions of calcium and magnesium are administered prior to and after each chemotherapy treatment. In my experience with patients receiving oxaliplatin, there has been less neuropathy when calcium and magnesium were a part of the treatment regimen.
