Most men are diagnosed with prostate cancer based on screening PSA testing or digital rectal examination.  Less frequently, men can develop urinary symptoms, such as weak stream, urinary obstruction or bleeding due to a locally-advanced prostate cancer.  When prostate cancer spreads to the bones, it can cause bone pain.
