A 5K Run and 1-Mile Fun-Run/Walk
Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and the Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson are showing their further commitment to educating the public about colorectal cancer by sponsoring the Undy 5000 5K run and 1-mile fun-run/walk in Philadelphia on Sunday, September 11.
The Colon Cancer Alliance (CCA) is the oldest and largest national patient advocacy organization dedicated to ending the suffering caused by colorectal cancer. In order to increase rates of screening and survivorship, the CCA provides patient support, public education, supports research and conducts advocacy work across America.

Registration is required. Through Wednesday, September 8, you can register online at www.undy5000.org and receive a race course map. After this date, on-site registration on the day of the event begins at 7:30 a.m.
