Kevin Sbraga
Top Chef Winner and Chef/Owner
Sbraga

Located on Philadelphia's lively Avenue of the Arts, Sbraga offers inventive dishes and reimagined classics with a focus on quality ingredients from the culinary repertoire of Chef/Owner Kevin Sbraga. The Bravo TV Top Chef: Season 7 winner introduced his eponymous first restaurant in his hometown in October 2011 with his wife, Pastry Chef Jesmary Sbraga.

With a "cook from the heart" philosophy, Chef Sbraga offers imaginative American cuisine for guests with choices between a prix-fixe menu, à la carte options (available at the bar only) or a seat at the Chef's Counter. Menus are updated every two to four weeks to reflect the best tastes of the season and the inspirations of the chef.

Chef Sbraga spent more than six years in leadership roles in Atlanta and Philadelphia kitchens, as well as working with the Garces Group and Starr Restaurants, before launching his namesake restaurant.
