The JeffSTAT EMS Training Center instructors provide emergency medical services training and education to healthcare providers
and laypeople in the Delaware Valley. Our programs include Paramedic, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Cardiopulmonary
Resuscitation (CPR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Pre-Hospital Trauma Life
Support (PHTLS) and many other training courses.
JeffSTAT’s instructional staff includes physicians, nurses, paramedics, emergency medical technicians and other healthcare
professionals – all of whom have real-world experience in emergency medical care. Collectively, these instructors train over
5,000 students every year.
Based in Center City Philadelphia, JeffSTAT's EMS Training Center is owned and operated by Thomas Jefferson University Hospital
and is accredited by the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the American Heart Association. We offer courses at several
of the Jefferson campuses. In addition, we can provide custom courses at offsite locations, such as healthcare facilities,
schools, churches and physician offices.
