Chef Timothy Spinner is Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Cantina Feliz in Fort Washington and La Calaca Feliz in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia. Tim's talent in the kitchen has garnered numerous glowing reviews of his contemporary Mexican menu at Cantina Feliz, including 2 bells from Philadelphia Inquirer Columnist Craig Laban and was listed as one of Zagat's Top 10 Hottest New Restaurant’s in Philadelphia for 2011. Spinner also received numerous accolades as Chef de Cuisine at Chef/Restaurateur Jose Garces' Distrito Restaurant in Philadelphia, where he helped garner reviews such as Esquire Magazine’s Top 20 New Restaurants in 2008 and Philadelphia Inquirer Most Outstanding Restaurant 2008. Additionally, Philadelphia Magazine named Spinner's ceviche verde from the Cantina Feliz menu as the best ceviche in Philadelphia.
