Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Now Recommends Flu Shots for Infants

Annual Gynecologic Visit, Including Pap Test, Recommended
As we learn more and more about the importance of early detection, the physicians at the Center for Gynecologic Oncology at
Thomas Jefferson University Hospital recommend that all women age 21 or over and those who may be younger but are sexually
active, have an annual appointment with a gynecologist that includes a Pap test to help identify abnormal – and sometimes
pre-cancerous cells.
Migraine Headache Link to Menstruation Studied
Migraines can attack with a vengeance during a woman's menstruation, but taking medication before it begins may help stave
off excruciating headaches, according to new studies – including one at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
