CT Scan

Methodist's General Electric (GE) CTI CT scanner creates 3-D images of the body that are far superior to older technology, allowing us to detect much smaller abnormalities. It also exposes patients to much less radiation, performing a study in one-half to one-quarter the average time of older units. In many cases, the GE CTI scanner also allows us to perform CT Angiographies on patients who might otherwise need catheter studies to determine the health of their arteries
