Neuro-Intensive Care Unit

The Neuro-Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience is a 20-bed unit with full-time neurosurgeons, neurologists, neuro-intensivists and specially-trained nurses for the multidisciplinary care of critical-care patients with neurological or cerebrovascular diseases and injuries.

The NICU is equipped with the latest medical technologies, including state-of-the-art
ICU monitoring, and provides round-the-clock endovascular neurosurgery/ interventional neuroradiology service.
