Prescription Refill Requests

Due to insurance companies requiring prior authorization to refill certain medications.

Prescription Refill Requests must be called into our office at least three (3) working days prior to running out of medication.

Without three (3) working days notice, we cannot guarantee that your medication will be ready for you before your current medication runs out.

Please call our Prescription Refill Phone line at 215-503-4302 between 1-3:30pm Monday through Friday. Pharmacies will be notified in 1-3 days. The following information will be requested:

• Your first and last name (spell your last name)
• Your date of birth
• Your phone number with area code
• The name of the doctor you see in this office
• Your medication name and dose
• Your pharmacy name and phone number with the area code
