The Jefferson Sleep Disorders Center is a comprehensive clinical, research and educational program in sleep and sleep disorders medicine. In 1978, we became the first sleep disorders program in Philadelphia. In 1986, our Center was accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Today, we operate from a state-of-the-art facility where we provide a uniquely multi-disciplinary approach to diagnosing and treating sleep problems.

This website provides important information about some of the sleep disorders we treat, how we diagnose and treat them and what to expect as a patient at our Center.

You’ll also find a photo tour of our Center and answers to some frequently asked questions.

To learn more about the Network for Apnea and Pediatric Sleep Evaluation (NAPS) visit Jefferson's Department of Pediatrics.

Above all, we encourage you to contact us if you or someone you care about has been experiencing symptoms of a sleep disorder.
