Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Offers Free Skin Cancer Screening, May 19
Summer is coming and before that happens, the skin experts at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital recommend that you have
your skin checked for moles or irritations.
Moles can often turn into pre-cancerous lesions—which, if removed, are not a problem. Other moles or irritations may actually
be skin cancer—which is often treatable when caught early.
The skin experts in the Department of Dermatology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital are hosting a free skin cancer screening
for people 18 or older:
Date: Wednesday, May 19, 2004
Time: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Jefferson Dermatology Associates, 833 Chestnut Street, Suite 740 Philadelphia
Appointments are necessary. For more information or to make an appointment, call 1-800-JEFF-NOW.
