The fourth annual "Today's Woman: Her Health, Her Life, Her Spirit-- Living in the REAL WORLD" will be held Saturday, April 3, at Thomas Jefferson University in Center City. This exciting one-day event featuring seminars, health screenings, a health fair and lots more--designed especially to meet the needs of women. Participants attending the free “Today's Woman: Her Health, Her Life, Her Spirit: Living in the REAL WORLD” will be treated to a free continental breakfast, a nutrition demonstration by Whole Foods, and an inspirational speech by Mary Ann Hildenberger, entitled “Surviving in the Real World – You’re Not Alone.”

"Today's Woman" will be held on Saturday, April 3, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Jefferson Alumni Hall of Thomas Jefferson University, 1020 Locust Street. To register or for more information, call 1-800-JEFF-NOW.

Women will continue the day by visiting the Today’s Woman Health Fair. This will include blood pressure and osteoporosis checks, and information about the risks for breast cancer, diabetes and more. Women will also be able to learn about health options for their children.
