EVENT: Anyone checking out this year’s free 2004 Jefferson Hospital Philadelphia Distance Run Health Expo should come away a lot healthier.

The expo will feature yoga demonstrations, expert tips on everything from running injuries to exercise-induced headaches and blood pressure, glucose and other health screenings.

In addition, Olympic marathon runner and Villanova graduate Jen Rhines will be on hand to speak to attendees and answer questions. Ms. Rhines is fresh from competing in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens,Greece.

Expo attendees will also hear from sports medicine and health experts from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital during the second day of the expo.

The following is the speakers’ schedule for Saturday, Sept. 18:
