Philadelphia Eagles Announce Partnership with Jefferson University Hospital
The Philadelphia Eagles are proud to announce a new partnership with Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and a medical services
agreement with the physicians at the Rothman Institute at Jefferson.
With this partnership, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital will serve an integral role with the highly successful “Eagles
Tackling Breast Cancer Campaign” in October.
In addition, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, through the Rothman Institute at Jefferson, serves as an orthopaedic facility
of the Philadelphia Eagles, where team physicians Dr. Peter DeLuca and Dr. Paul Marchetto are sports medicine specialists.

The Eagles and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital will officially kick off the Tackling Breast Cancer Campaign at a kickoff
reception on Thursday, September 22nd at Boyd’s Philadelphia.

of all skill levels in top shape,” said Richard Rothman, M.D., Ph.D , director of the Rothman Institute at Jefferson, and
James Edwards Professor and chair of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Jefferson.
