Our physicians are recognized leaders in reproductive medicine. Our Reproductive Endocrinologists are specially trained in infertility therapy and board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology. In addition, our physicians work with an expert team of embryologists and certified women’s healthcare nurse practitioners. Our state-of-the-art facilities use the most up-to-date techniques which include: embryology labs for fertilization of eggs, incubation of embryos and cryopreservation; and andrology labs for semen analysis and sperm motility.

Gregory T. Fossum, MD, Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, is the Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and a staff physician at the Center for Reproductive Medicine, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Fossum has more than 17 years experience in reproductive endocrinology and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology. Dr. Fossum attended the University of Wisconsin Medical School., John Hopkins Hospital for residency, and University of Southern California for fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology.

 


Millicent G. Zacher, M.Ed., DO, Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Jefferson Medical College, is a staff physician at the Center for Reproductive Medicine, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.  Dr. Zacher has 19 years of experience in Reproductive Endocrinology and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology.  Dr. Zacher attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed a residency in OB/Gyn at Albert Einstein Medical Center and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

 


Frances R. Batzer, MD, is a Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, and a staff physician at the Center for Reproductive Medicine, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and has worked in the field of reproductive endocrinology more than 25 years. Dr. Batzer attended Swarthmore College and the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She completed her Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Pennsylvania Hospital.

Benjamin Gocial, MD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University. He is a staff physician at the Center for Reproductive Medicine, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Gocial attended Temple University School of Medicine and has more than 15 years of experience in reproductive medicine.

Jaqueline N. Gutmann, MD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, and board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology. She is a staff physician at the Center for Reproductive Medicine, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Gutmann attended Yale University School of Medicine.
