Thomas P. Williams, DDS
Dr. Williams has practiced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Dubuque, Iowa for more than thirty years. He is Adjunct Professor and Lecturer in the Department of Oral Diagnosis and Oral Pathology at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Williams is also Adjunct Professor and Lecturer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, University of Iowa Graduate Residency Program and New York University-Bellevue Hospital. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency training at Bellevue Hospital. A former Director and President of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Williams has lectured extensively to international, national, regional, and local groups on the subject of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. He is an author and contributor to many textbooks, journals, and other publications.

Eric Carlson, DMD, MD
Dr. Carlson is currently Professor and Chairman of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program, at the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine, Knoxville, Tennessee. He is formerly Associate Professor and Director, Tumor and Reconstructive Surgery Service, Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Carlson is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency training at Allegheny General Hospital. He completed his Fellowship in Maxillofacial Tumor and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Carlson has lectured extensively to international, national, regional, and local groups on the subjects of Oral and Maxillofacial Tumor and Reconstructive Surgery. He has authored and contributed to many textbooks, peer reviewed journals, and other publications.
