Jefferson Hospital President and CEO Thomas J. Lewis said Jefferson and its staff are again honored to be among a select number of medical centers of excellence in the nation. “We are constantly striving to provide the best care and treatment possible for patients and it’s clear from this survey that U.S.News & World Report concurs,” Mr. Lewis said.

Women’s Health Source
Women’s Health Source at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital serves as a comprehensive women’s health information center for the community, complete with free access to a lending library including hundreds of books, periodicals, videos and brochures. The facility, staffed by a trained customer service representative and health educator, also contains two computer terminals visitors can use to surf the Internet or view CD-ROMs. In addition, Women’s Health Source offers adult and infant massage for a small fee and serves as a meeting place for classes, seminars and support groups of interest to women.

Jefferson - Myrna Brind Center for Integrative Medicine
The Jefferson - Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine, a part of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Thomas Jefferson University, is clinical practice bridging mainstream medicine to promising alternative therapies and an academic program promoting research and education in the field of alternative/complementary medicine. It brings together the best of conventional medical care with promising complementary approaches to healing, including natural medicines, acupuncture, meditation, massage and other therapies.
