Jefferson Guest Wireless Network
Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is piloting a Guest Wireless Network (JeffGuest) in designated areas of the hospital.
There is no charge for the "WiFi"service and it is available for use by patients and visitors in the following areas:
- Surgical Waiting Area (8210 Gibbon)
- Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery (8th Floor Pavilion)
- Inpatient Pediatrics (11th Floor Pavilion)
- Star Suites (13th Floor Pavilion)
- Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (14th Floor Pavilion)
- Infusion Center (2nd and 3rd Floors, 925 Chestnut)
- Patient Testing Waiting Area (4th Floor, 925 Chestnut Street)
- Otolaryngology (6th and 7th Floors, 925 Chestnut)
- Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience (1st Floor Lobby/Wills ED Waiting Area)
- Hamilton Building (All Floors)
Please note the following:
- You can use any standard "WiFi" capable computer to access the Internet.
- There is no access to clinical or administrative information.
- The service is unencrypted so use discretion when connecting to websites.
- Access to inappropriate content is blocked.
- Please be considerate and use headphones when using audio applications.
- Some limited technical support is available by contacting the Hospital's Technical Assistance Center at 215-955-7975
