Jefferson Guest Wireless Network

Welcome to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital's Guest Wireless Network (JeffGuest).  This is a WiFi service that is available in designated areas of the hospital for use by patients and visitors.  You must register for an account by following the instructions below.

Please note that the account will be valid for 12 hours so you will need to register again after it expires.

Getting On-line
1.  To get started, double click on the "Wireless Internet" icon.

 

 

2.  When the following window opens up, double click "JeffGuest."

 

 

3.  Then click on "Connect Anyway" when the following box appears.

 

 

4.  You should now see "JeffGuest" in a "Connected" state.

 

 

5.  Now open your web browser.  If you have not yet registered, you will need to create an account.  Click on "Register Here."

 

 

6.  Complete the information on the registration page and click on "Register."

 

 

7.  Login using the credentials you just created.

 

 

8.  The following window MUST remain open while you use the service.  When you are finished using the wireless network, please logout by clicking the button below.

 

 

9.  Please fill out a short survey by clicking the link on the "Thank You" page.
