Infection Control

We take precautions with every patient to minimize your risk of exposure to infection. Hospital staff members will wash their hands when entering and leaving your room. It is important for you to wash your hands as well, especially after using the bathroom. Staff may also wear gloves, gowns, masks and goggles during certain treatments. Patients may also request that staff wash their hands when entering the room.
