You can expect that your room will be thoroughly cleaned once every day. Members of our housekeeping staff will come in between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. The exact time could vary from day to day, as they are providing other services on your patient unit.

If you were out of your room when we cleaned, your housekeeper will leave a “While You Were Out” card to let you know we were there.

If you need linen service, extra sheets, pillows or blankets, please ask your nurse for help.

If something was missed, or you need additional service, do not hesitate to tell your housekeeper or notify the housekeeping supervisor by touching the control on the menu of the Get Well Network.
