Atrium Cafeteria

The Atrium cafeteria, open to the community, is committed to supporting local farmers. We feature Fair Trade/Organic Coffee, local seasonal produce, organic yogurt and cage free eggs. Jefferson sponsors a weekly outdoor Farmers' Market to link local farms to our community. Winners of the 2007 EPA Trailblazer Award.

Hours:

  • Breakfast: 6:45 to 10:30 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Dinner: 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. (weekdays)
  • 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. (weekends and Hospital holidays)

Breakfast selections range from continental breakfast and self-serve hot items to eggs and other breakfast favorites made to order.

The lunch and dinner menu includes hot entrees, soups and hot and cold sandwiches made to order. We feature “quick grab” sandwiches and salads. The Atrium has an attractive self-serve salad bar.

Between the hours of 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., the menu is limited to deli sandwiches, hot soup and salad bar, a hot entrée, snacks and specialty desserts.

Local newspapers are also sold in the Atrium.
