The Chinese Health Information Center is staffed by a bilingual team composed of a project director, two outreach nurses and a social worker. The Center serves as the focal point for Jefferson’s ongoing initiative to provide health education, outreach and case management to the Chinese population in Philadelphia and surrounding areas.

It is located in the Gibbon Building, Suite 1830. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. To contact the Chinese Health Information Center, dial 215-955-8282 or 5-8282 (from inside the hospital).

Chinese Health Information Line
The information line is answered in Chinese and English.  The staff provides health information, makes referrals and appointments, provides interpretation, assists with social service needs and registers clients for child-birth classes.  The number is 215-955-8282 or 5-8282 (from inside the hospital) and is answered during normal business hours of 9am-5pm.
