The Women’s Health Source serves as a comprehensive women’s health information center for the community, complete with free access to a lending library including hundreds of books, periodicals, videos and brochures. These research tools contain the most current information on health topics of interest to women and their families. Women’s Health Source can provide a full continuum of care to maintain and improve the quality of women’s lives and health as well as the lives and health of their family members. It is located at 925 Chestnut in the 2nd Floor Conference Area, Center City Philadelphia.

The facility, staffed by a trained customer service representative and health educator, also contains two computer terminals visitors can use to surf the Internet or view CD-ROMs on topics ranging from childbirth to general nutrition and exercise information for women. In addition, Women’s Health Source offers adult and infant massage for a small fee and serve as a meeting place for classes, seminars and support groups of interest to women.
