also have multiple additional rights as a patient. These include, but are not limited to your right to privacy and confidentiality,
to quality health care, to a safe environment, to be treated as an individual, to be communicated with clearly, to know the
identity of hospital personnel, to services without discrimination, to access your medical records, to give informed consent
