Bonus Programs

Jefferson Hospital has earned a national reputation for providing state-of-the-art, quality patient care. This reputation is maintained through the dedicated talents and skills of our employees and medical staff.

As we face the challenge of maintaining our high standard of excellence in a period of staffing shortages, Jefferson has developed several bonus programs to assist in the recruitment of experienced professionals for vacancies in designated departments.

Employee Bonus Program
We strongly believe our employees are an excellent resource to successfully recruit qualified individuals to work at Jefferson. That is why we have developed an Employee Referral Bonus Program, which provides a financial incentive to eligible employees who successfully assist in the recruitment of experienced professionals.
