Message from the Program Director Throughout the residency year you will have the opportunity to:
In addition to the clinical component of the program there is a required service component that extends the residency commitment beyond the forty-hour week. Much of the service experience is spent serving as pharmacist-in-charge; performing the administrative functions and overseeing the clinical services provided by the department. The residency will begin around July 1st. As an accredited PGY2 program, this Residency is listed with the ASHP Residency Matching Program. Selected applicants will be contacted for interviews in late January and throughout February. Qualified candidates must have completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY1) or possess equivalent work experience. Again, thank you for your interest in our program. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or for further information. Sincerely, Joanne Shubert, Pharm.D., R.N., BCPS
