Mark Chaballa, PharmD
Mark Chaballa, PharmD, is the Transplant Program's Pharmacist. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree as well as
a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He completed a specialized residency in transplantation and immunology prior to joining the pharmacy
at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Dr Chaballa's job is to advise the Transplant Team on the medications patients receive in the hospital as well as the ones
they will receive once they are discharged home. He also is involved in the day-to-day care of patients during their stay
in the hospital after surgery.
