CME Information from Jefferson Medical College
Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits are available to physicians who sign up by clicking here for the simulcast on breast cancer treatment via the Internet. Viewers will be able to ask questions online during the 60-minute webcast. A replay version of the webcast will be available for viewing at this site beginning October 19.
Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Identify at least four types of biopsies used for breast cancer screening and diagnosis.
- List indications for mastectomy.
- Describe several different types of breast reconstruction.
- Explain the technique of sentinel lymph node biopsy.
