3-D CT-guided Endoscopic Sinus surgery via the Internet. Upon completion

- Accurately diagnosis sinusitis.
- Understand the general factors contributing to the disease.
- Optimize the medical management for sinusitis.
- Understand the scope and limitations of endoscopic sinus surgery and
image-guided surgery.
